Hoa Binh Corp. starts work on two projects

Hoa Binh Construction and Real Estate Corp. (HBC) on Monday kicked off construction of a residential project in Tan Phu District and an office building in District 3.

HBC will first start the construction of blocks A and B of Celadon City residential project, including 1,448 apartments, a convenience store and basements, in 23 months. This package costs some VND800 billion.

This 82.5-hectare Celadon City project, developed by a joint venture between Sai Gon Thuong Tin Real Estate Co. (Sacomreal) and Gamuda Land from Malaysia, is an urban complex of apartments, schools, commercial centers, parks, sport and entertainment sections.

For the other project, meanwhile, Hoa Binh started construction of the ground and two basements of Sai Gon Giai Phong newspaper office building on Monday with an investment of VND40 billion and will last five months. The 17-storey building is located at 432-438 Nguyen Thi Minh Khai Street in District 3.
