Becamex hands over IJC Aroma apartments

Becamex Infrastructure Development Co. (Becamex JJC) last weekend transferred IJC Aroma apartments in Binh Duong Province 10 months earlier than scheduled.

Under the first phase of the project, Block A’s 116 apartments have been given to their owners, including foreign experts working at industrial zones in the province.

Blocks B and C will be finished according to plan and block D, a 20-storey-building with 134 apartments and retail mall with 54 stores, will be ready for sale by next week.

Construction began in late 2009 on the multipurpose project IJC Aroma with total investment capital of VND783 billion. The project is designed with different facilities including four blocks of apartment buildings with 500 units.

Binh Duong is considered the emerging market in the property sector. According to market surveys by Savills Vietnam, the average price of an apartment there is about VND17 million a square meter.

It is estimated that 16 projects with 5,600 apartments will enter the real estate market in this province in the near future.

Infrastructure development projects will pave the way for the connection between Binh Duong and neighboring provinces, which will likely boost the property market in the near future, Savills forecasted.
