In addition, Leasing rate will be changed respectively depending on
leasing duration, terms of payment and using areas. Investors may lease
factories outside IZs and EPZs to setting up projects in accordance with
agreement conditions and negotiation terms between investors and owners.
Rental rate: 0.06 USD/m2/years - 12 USD/m2/years.
Office leasing fee (central location):
Lowest price is 14USD / m2 / month, the average price is 25USD / m2, and
the highest price is 35USD/m2.
Telecom. fees:
According to the Decision 809/ 2000/ QD-TCBD
Telephone installation cost : for short calls, inter-provincial,
international and facsimile is $77,67USD (currency rate 1USD= 15,450VND).
Calling costs( urban areas ) :
- up to 200 minutes: 0,007USD/minute
- From 201minutes to 1000 minutes: 0,0051USD/minute
- Over 1000 minutes: 0,0026USD/minute
Mobile phone installation cost : 19,42USD
(currency rate 1USD= 15,450VND).
Calling costs :
- Inside areas: 0.12USD/ minute (currency rate 1USD= 15,450VND).
- Outside areas: 0.16USD/ minute (currency rate 1USD= 15,450VND).
- Near-side areas: 0.16USD/ minute (currency rate 1USD= 15,450VND).
Internet connection fees : VNN network
Internet access fees: 0.26 cent
Note: The above costs is exclusive VAT
Water supplying fee:
- Water rate for production: 0.26USD/per m3.
- Water rate for services: 0.42USD/per m3.
