Law on foreign investment in Vietnam: Law for foreign investors in

Laws for leasing land: Ordinance on rights and obligations of foreign
organizations and individuals leasing land in vietnam (please read the
implementation on decree11/1995/ND-CP)
Decree 02/1999/ND-CP: To amend and supplement the following articles of
the Regulation on investment in forms of build-operate-transfer contracts,
build-transfer-operate contracts and build-transfer contracts applicable to
foreign investment in Vietnam, which was issued together with Decree
No.62/1998/ND-CP of August 15, 1998 of the Government.
Decree No.62/1998/ND-CP: The Regulations on Investment on the Basis of
Build-Operate-Transfer Contracts, Build-Transfer- Operate Contracts and
Build-Transfer Contracts Applicable to Foreign Investment in Vietnam
Decree No.11/1995/ND-CP: Stipulating the detailed implementation of the
Ordinance on rights and responsibilities of foreign Organizations and
individuals leasing land in Vietnam.
Decree71/ 2001/ND-CP: This Decree prescribes a number of policies to
create favorable conditions and provide investment preferences for
enterprises participating in investment projects on construction of dwelling
house for sale and lease.
The Annex of Circular N0 08/KHDT: Providing guidance on the
implementation of the list of industries which are encouraged or limited or
prohibited to invest in industrial zones and high-technology industrial zones
(IZs) (According to Circular N0 08/KHDT of Ministry of Industry Date July
29th, 1997)
