Clients shall pay the service charges on yearly basis of 0.45USD/ m2/year, including the following charges:

• Repairing, maintenance and cleaning of foot-passes, roads, sewers, pipelines...

• Taking care of the green areas

• Supply, maintenance, repairing lighting systems

• Security for public areas (if any)

B.  Nomura - Haiphong Industrial Zone

Brief introduction to the industrial zone with following details:

Location: An Duong District, Hai Phong City

Distance to main economic and transportation hubs in the region:

• 15 km from Hai Phong Ports.

• 20 km from Cat Bi Airport.

• 85 km East of Ha Noi.
